Who pays the fines?
Responsibility for traffic violations and payment of fines rests entirely with the offender.
If you break the rules and personally receive a fine from traffic police officers, you pay it yourself.
If the violation was recorded by a camera, the fine is issued to the vehicle. Such a fine must be paid within the early-payment discount window; otherwise we will send you a violation notice and a payment request.
After paying a fine or fines, please send the receipt by email to: info@autopilotrent.ru
Because fines are issued to the vehicle, the discount window does not apply to repeat violations. If you receive your first fine during your rental period, but previous drivers of this vehicle have already violated traffic rules, you will have to pay the fine without a discount.
The discount also does not apply to gross traffic violations.
